1. Agreement

By accessing or using BudgetTools (budgettemplates.shop), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. BudgetTools is operated by Juturu Preetam (sole proprietorship), India.

2. Description of Service

BudgetTools is an online financial planning platform that offers:

  • Free calculators — browser-based financial calculators available without registration
  • Premium templates — premium planning tools with cloud storage, available after creating an account and purchasing Pro access

BudgetTools is a digital service. No physical goods are sold, shipped, or delivered.

3. Accounts

To use premium features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You may not create accounts for others, use another person's account, or share your login credentials.

4. Free Calculators

Our free calculators are provided "as is" for informational and estimation purposes only. Calculator results are not financial advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations — always verify important financial decisions with a qualified professional.

5. Payments & Access

Premium template access requires a one-time payment. Key terms:

  • Each payment is a one-time purchase granting Pro access
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • Payments are processed securely by Cashfree — we never store your payment details
  • You can purchase Pro access to individual templates
  • Access does not auto-renew — this is a one-time payment

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Access Expiry

  • Each purchase is a one-time payment granting Pro access from the date of payment
  • Your data is preserved in your account for as long as your account exists
  • No auto-renewal — you will never be charged again automatically
  • You can view your access status and expiry date on your account page

Refunds

  • Since BudgetTools is a digital service with a free demo mode that lets you evaluate every feature before paying, we generally do not offer refunds
  • If you are charged due to a technical error, contact us and we will issue a full refund
  • If you experience a significant service disruption that prevents you from using a feature you paid for, contact us and we will review your case and may offer a refund or account credit
  • Refund requests should be emailed to support.budgettemplates@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use BudgetTools for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the application code
  • Use automated tools to access the service in a way that degrades performance for others
  • Resell or redistribute access to BudgetTools

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Your Data

You own the data you enter into BudgetTools. We store it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

You can delete your data at any time by clearing a template or deleting your account.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep BudgetTools available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or experience outages. We will not be liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

10. Limitation of Liability

BudgetTools is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial decisions you make based on data or calculations from BudgetTools. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
