Genuinely free. The core tracker — costs, revenue, P&L, break-even — is free forever for one active event. We plan to offer a paid Pro tier for teams and multi-event features, but the free version is not time-limited or crippled. Your data is saved in your browser's localStorage.

Your event data is saved locally in your browser (localStorage). Nothing is sent to a server. This means your data is private — and also means clearing your browser cache will delete it. We recommend exporting important events (Pro feature coming soon).

Any event with costs and revenue: birthday parties, corporate conferences, workshops, seminars, concerts, charity fundraisers, gala dinners, product launches, community festivals — even private celebrations. The tracker is flexible enough for any event type.

We take your total fixed costs and divide by your revenue per attendee (ticket price) to give you the minimum number of attendees needed to cover costs. You can set a target ticket price and see how break-even changes in real time. This is one of the most important metrics for any ticketed event.
